標題[請問] 台鐵退票問題

只知道票要在發車前退但假如今天我是買 17點51台中發車自強然後又買了17點24從新烏日區間到台中（17點34分到）後來區間誤點…導致到台中時自強號已經走了！有人遇過這種事情嗎？這樣可以全額退票嗎？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.241.244.14
