（中央社台北24日電）中國大陸表示，金融體系的流動性水位合理，並呼籲銀行遏止信貸擴張風險。

人行在今天發布於網站上，日期為17日的聲明稿中表示，「當前，我國銀行體系流動性總體屬於合理水位，但由於金融市場變化因素較多，且臨近半年末重要時點，客觀上對商業銀行流動性管理提出了更高的要求。」

這份政府對本月現金緊絀情況所作的最明確評論，再添總理李克強矢言杜絕以低廉資金投機炒作的明證。

大陸成長減緩，加上打擊非法資金回流，和控制影子銀行放款都造成借貸成本攀升。與此同時，基準貨幣市場利率今天連續第2天自歷史高點回跌，跡象顯示針對性的注資紓解現金緊絀情況。

以崔歷為首的高盛集團（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）分析師在今天稍早的報告中表示，流動性緊俏顯示政府優先要務是處理經濟「結構性問題」的另一跡象。高盛下修大陸2013年經濟成長預估，由7.8%調降至7.4%。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1020624
