妨害秘密罪被冤枉該如何處理?

一個妨害秘密罪好冤，可以說是被國華徵信連累的，我是有委託他們沒錯，但是只有委託3至4個月，他們什麼證據都沒有給我，他們去辦別人的案件被抓，警察在他們的辦公室找到一堆人的委託書，剛好給那告我急的要跟我離婚的人機會告我，好冤阿，我好冤阿更扯的是，告我的人所提供的衛星定位的機器不是國華徵信的好冤，法院不給我辦解冤阿
