拚經濟 提振經濟列車啟動

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北28日電）經濟部長張家祝今天宣布啟動提振經濟列車，分別針對投資、消費、出口、節能及法規鬆綁等5大面向著手。

經濟部舉行啟動提振經濟列車說明會，由張家祝率領工業局、能源局、商業司、國貿局、法規會等代表出席。

為拚投資，經濟部預告，9月將舉辦「2013台商投資台灣高峰會」及「2013全球招商大會」，並將與六大工商團體、各產業座談及訪視工業區廠商。

促進消費部分，經濟部表示，中央及地方將攜手拚經濟，7月將推動「2013台灣購物節」系列活動，從北到南串連超過2.5萬個商家，提供10萬多個超值優惠商品，預計可創造新台幣240億元經濟效益。

由於台灣經濟高度仰賴出口，經濟部指出，為協助廠商搶訂單，下半年將籌組超過300個海外展團，促成6500家以上買主來台，並派遣貿易尖兵到海外設立商務中心。

節能方面，經濟部表示，除節能家用器具補助外，將推動民生及產業相關的「夏日節能衫推廣」、「節能產品展售」等活動，除可有效節能，還可創造近350億元商機

法規鬆綁部分，經濟部已成立工作小組及建置專案信箱廣納建言，將優先針對不涉修法的行政程序簡化，立即檢討實施。1020628
