日月光真的很血汗嗎....目前有二個OFFER,無法選 A.日月光教育訓練人員: 優點:1.超穩不會倒2.工作內容:開課.做內訓(滿OK的)3.未來發展比較大 (可以到不同的工作) 缺點:1.負評太多(嚇到我)2.有點遠(在楠梓)3.工時比較長,一天大約多1 小時,但可以加班補休(主管說都6:00~6:30就下班了) B.政府計畫執行專員優點:1.比較近(在市區)2.工時較短(8:30上班,6:30就走光了) 缺點:1.要寫計畫,要去投標,計畫是1~2百頁的(我寫不出來) 2.公司穩定性不足(如果沒案子就糟了) 想詢問日月光人資那塊真很操嗎?大約都幾點下班呢? 如果6:30左右下班我就會衝日月光了.... 請問大家有何意見呢?原本要去日月光的,但聽到好多人大大不推,我有點嚇到了.... 基本上二邊錢差不多,但我只要想穩定的工作啊 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.181.98.213
