重建費挪他用 百億日圓給電廠

（法新社東京28日電） 日本官員今天表示，協助地震、海嘯及核災災民的重建預算，卻撥給了電力公司，此舉恐引爆失去家園災民激憤。

日本編列數年25兆日圓重建經費中，保留約100億日圓（1億美元），用來扣抵在福島核災後依指示關閉的核電廠公司費用。

官員今天表示，約有20億日圓已付給中部電力公司，協助它支付銀行貸款利息。中電以貸款方式取得資金，購買成本不斷上升的石化燃料。

電力公司為取代因核電廠關閉而損失的發電量，不得不增加燃料進口。

他們表示，這筆經費也提供當地水產養殖設施加熱用水之用，之前是由核電廠提供他們溫水。

剩下80億日圓也將撥給電力公司，但尚未發放。（譯者：中央社陳蓉）
