澳大利亞佈裡斯班, 2013年6月28日 /美通社-PR Newswire/ -- 全球梯具領導者 WernerCo（穩耐）今天宣佈，該公司已經收購了 Hills Holdings Limited 的 Bailey Ladder 業務部門。此次收購資產為穩耐帶來了領先的 BAILEY 品牌，後者是澳大利亞和新西蘭地區的放心選擇。

Bailey 是一家銷售「BAILEY」和其它獲得廣泛認可的品牌產品的領先梯具與攀登設備製造商，在佈裡斯班設有工廠。收購 Bailey Ladder 業務可以鞏固穩耐攀登產品在亞太地區現有的地位，並支援穩耐進一步實施全球擴張規則。
