東森新聞 – 2013年7月5日 下午2:03 因為酒駕害死三條人命的富少葉冠亨，一審遭判刑六年上訴，今天二審 開庭時，葉冠亨在母親的陪同下出庭，這次看來傷勢已經好了差不多， 沒有再撐拐杖出庭，可以正常的行走。而葉冠亨對他一次害死三人，遭 判刑六年當庭喊判得太重了。 太熱天的穿著綠色的外套，戴著口罩的葉冠亨走在前面，跟在後面則是 他的母親，葉少是在母親的陪同下到高雄高分院出庭，葉少這次可以獨 自行走，不用再撐著拐杖，顯見他的腿傷已經復原得差不多了。 而葉冠亨酒駕害死三人，一審遭判刑六年，官司打到二審，在周五高分 院的庭訊中，葉少當庭對審判長說，六年判得太重了。 三條人命才判六年，當時一審判決結果傳出時，網友就在網路上製作了 照片，而對死者家屬來說，一審這樣的判決，傷透了他們的心。葉少出 庭正常行走，顯見傷勢已復原，而葉冠亨二審主張他酒駕沒有開車撞死 人，死者李姓婦人被彈飛的保險桿打死的，這項主張也引起輿論一陣撻 伐，也再次傷害了死者家屬。 http://ppt.cc/GIBn -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.123.251
