法拍屋保證金何時可退還?

我今年(102年)5月份在新北地方法院得標一個法拍屋,因法拍屋是持分的,所以該法拍屋之建物共有人有優先承購權,待我得標後幾日,收到一份民事執行處函表示，我具有優先承買權，亦得放棄優先承買權。之後我以電話向書記官表示願放棄優先承買權，且書記官亦表示該房子已有建物共有人願優先承買；但距我得標日起已2個月過去，民事執行處一直沒有退還我的保證金，也沒有任何書函通知該法拍屋之辦理進度，我以電話向書記官詢問進度，書記官也僅表示「沒那麼快…」請問各位法拍屋高手，比較合理的退還法拍屋保證金期限到底是多久？是否有正式書面方式得向法院要回法拍屋保證金？
