想要做模型頭盔不知該從何下手請指教

一直找不到製作模型頭盔的相關資料

在網路上看到自己製作鋼鐵人頭盔的影片,十分驚艷但製作過程相當繁瑣

聽說要用樹脂,玻璃纖維,保麗膠,FRP,補土

只知道這樣但是根本不知道從何下手

請問先用紙模做顆頭然後覆蓋保麗膠上去之後打磨這樣可以嗎?

請問他們上了好多好多層分別該怎麼上呢有順序嗎?

拜託救救我
