烘焙方面的挫折

請問有哪位大大可以幫助我!!!
我是個完全沒有上過烘焙課的
只是興趣做一些甜點
我試過做餅乾
麵團不是太濕就是太乾
布朗尼的形狀也不好看
杏仁瓦片也太液體了不固定
而且烤完是軟軟的沒有瓦片的感覺
馬卡龍都不會膨脹,味道也感覺不像!
只有蛋塔算是成功
但是我每樣都是有照著網路上的食譜或書上的食譜來做
可以吃是可以吃
就是味道和外觀沒有跟我要做的東西一樣
我超及挫折的都不知道怎麼辦了..........
線再我有一個重要的朋友要生日了
我要自己做蛋糕給他
但是我真的很怕失敗
有哪位大大可以幫忙我嗎?
