您好
我是承租大樓的業者
因為消防申報
結果收到消防局的限期改善單
內容是針對我這棟大樓的公用消防幫浦
每樓都有設置的消防幫浦壞了
當然想到請每月都有收錢的管委會維修阿
沒想到主委卻說不關他們的事
是我們自己被消防局開單
明明管委會有181萬
卻不願改善十幾萬的消防設備
主委還說出了錢他無法向住戶交代
................
我說我自己買設備
失了火難道你不會用嗎???
他說他不會......

後來才發現這棟大樓根本沒有向市府立案
眼看限改單期限快到了
請問我該如何處理?
告主委有用嗎???
