其實對大埔四戶拆遷案都一直只是片面的了解~
我在想這些人如果都沒有土地房子~可以這樣強制徵收嗎?
還有政府這麼做後~到底給他們了什麼? 房子?土地?
有什麼條立說被徵收的體地會給什麼嗎之類的!
徵收要有條件嗎? 還是說今日政府說要徵收~就是被會徵收
大埔四戶的強拆爭議，法院訴訟還在進行，過程還沒結束，苗縣政府就進行強拆
為什麼可以這樣?
想對這方面有了解~請求專業人士
