扁平足役別

我有扁平足，去台中榮總檢查照x光(公費)，今天收到兵役用診斷證明書，現在病況醫生寫:核對檢查結果雙側扁平足，x光片右腳足弓角為169度，左腳足弓為167度，行走無礙

請問我目前右腳169度(免役是168以上)，醫生在最後寫"行走無礙"，這樣會判免役媽??
