事情經過女友的妹妹跟女友說我講她壞話~亂放消息搬弄是非~害我跟女友分手~導致我跟女友的妹妹的媽媽說..."本來想砍斷妳女兒的手讓她從此不能抱小孩"...不過在內容中我提到我打消念頭了~因為分手了不想再多說什麼也不想多做什麼~但卻被女友的妹妹給提告了...這樣被告的罪名能成立嗎?
