父母出資買房子登記兒子名下後兒子娶妻育子（夫妻贈與給妻子）但兒子罹癌住生前將房子贈與妻子名下，夫往生後（夫家兄妹說是他們夫家出錢買的前來爭奪房子掦言上法院提告？那房子是否要歸還夫家？）煩請幫忙告知如何是好？
