逾1/4韓父母不留房宅給子女

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾2013年7月20日專電）南韓住宅金融公社最新公布的民調顯示，自己擁有住房的老年人中，有1/4受訪者表示，不會將住房留給子女。

這項稱為「以房自助養老需求實況調查」的民調是以2600名60至86歲、擁有自用住宅的老年人為調查對象。

南韓「中央日報」指出，調查顯示，回答無意將住宅留給子女的老年人比率與2008年的12.7%相比，上升至25.7%，增加了兩倍以上。

按各年齡層分析，受訪的60至64歲老年人中有33.8%表示不會將住房留給子女，比率遠高於80歲以上的受訪者（13.3%）。
