某人於民國95年3月6、95年6月8、95年8月14日分三次向家父各借款新臺幣20萬元(共計借款新臺幣60萬元)，有借據為憑，依約定應於民國96年2月14日完成還款，惟迄今還款期限已逾期6年有餘，仍未見其依約還款，期間亦不見債務人主動協商，請問有啥有效方法可討回債務(家父因車禍及年紀大,現在住在安養中心)
