今年十月離職，那特休可休今年度的嗎

公司同事打算做到今年十月底

他特休每年可休到30天

因為他現在已經把特休30天都休完了

他跟我說...特休是休去年的...

但是他做到今年十月底，老闆要再給他今年30天*10/12...的特休

但是我跟他說...這樣不就算是預支今年特休了

應該要明年才可以休阿...

請問...我同事對還是我對呢?

有人可以說明嗎?....不然月底時，同事要去跟老闆談這事了...><
