印尼籍看護跑了怎麼辦

因為上一個看護滿時間了

所以在去年7月多又請了一個看護

可是昨天早上(7/24)領了薪水後就跑了

有跟仲介說了可是詳細內容我不太了解,了解後會再補充

沒有對看護不好,他只需要照顧好我中風的奶奶跟我爺爺就好

爺爺奶奶大舅是住在花蓮,其他家人都住其他地方!

平常他也會跟我爺爺一起看電視,聊天

還有現在仲介有幫我悶找一個台灣臨時看護一天1800

那這個費用是我們要自行吸收嗎?還是仲介吸收?

不是很了解,詢問一下

該怎麼處理這件事
