雙子星案偵結 賴素如被起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北25日電）台北地檢署偵辦雙子星開發弊案，認定台北巿議員賴素如涉嫌收賄新台幣100萬元，全案今天偵結，依貪污等罪嫌將賴等4人起訴。

北檢上午11時召開記者會，說明全案偵結情形。

全案緣於民國100年間，檢調偵辦其他案件時，意外查到雙子星開發案疑有弊案，賴素如疑似收賄，便開始蒐證。

辦案人員長期蒐證後，發現太極雙星團隊幕後操盤者程宏道及曾任捷運局官員的太極雙星團隊人員賈二慶，疑似透過賴素如好友、從事機電工程的彭建銘找上賴素如，要求賴在議會質詢、提案及表決時「幫忙」，允諾將給100萬元作為前金。

檢調掌握，後來太極雙星因錢未到位失格，便無支付後謝金。目前在押的賴素如至今仍否認犯罪並說100萬元是政治獻金及選舉贊助款，且事後已將錢退還。1020725
