車禍求責任

我騎摩托車
此路段為兩線道
我位在內車道直行中未超速（沒禁行機車標誌與標線）

對方汽車從路邊停車紅線上
打左轉方向燈後即轉出外車道未停留直接切入內車道
導致我急煞自摔車
未碰撞！
對方沒發現就直接開走了
當天晴天標誌清楚我無違規

請問我這樣車禍
責任各為多少
賠償責任是如何
