版大這樣敘述太簡單

假設兩種狀況

版大到我車廠修車

把手機放在桌上

車修好    版大急著有事   把車開走  

忘記手機在我桌上

因為是新型智慧手機    我員工拿走   沒通知版大

後來版大發現   尋找未果

就比較適合用侵佔遺失物

若同樣的狀況

版大去試車    員工發現該新型智慧型手機    偷偷拿走

版大回來後   發現該手機不見而報案

這樣就算竊盜

版大的相對狀況都沒說    無法判斷

法律案件的適用    不是簡單三言兩語可以確定的
