可能是過敏 例如季節的交替、太髒的空氣..
或是你用的保養品不適合

長痘痘
可能是清潔不乾淨
或是身體狀況 例如飲食、作息...這類的因素

建議你選擇保養品上
挑選成分天然,還有低敏的配方
不要去選有美白阿 還是什麼功效的成分

並且最重要的
先看個皮膚科
讓醫生診斷你皮膚泛紅脫皮的原因
至於痘痘我覺得可以看中醫調理

千萬不要自己亂試偏方
