那麼就該立遺囑~

不然就該把房子登記在你名下~

否則都只是空口說白話~

從你敘述上來看~應該是登記先生名下

所以你會有上述困擾~

最壞的打算~就是共同繼承~也就是50%+50%

最好的情形第一順位全部繼承

將來萬一打官司~就看法官怎判....
