燕窩空運來台

我想請問各位大大
因為最近在馬來西亞的朋友想寄燕窩給我
請問該如何申請空運配送來台?
還有關稅部分如果處理?

我又上去台灣的經濟部標準檢驗局看了
可是我看不太懂到底該如何申請????

還有，如果是寄送"原燕"(燕窩上還有燕毛的燕窩)，
再過海關時，是否會被扣留???

拜託大大幫忙解答~~~ 感激
