你的標題已經解釋了一切小公司連制度都可以說是沒有一切都知識與專業都是藏於員工本身所以不管是於情(資深員工幹嘛教你，又不是說教完他會升官你會加薪大家開香檳) 於理(資深員工來的時候也沒人教，又不是當兵，他當然也沒道理教你) 於法(如前述，小公司基本上沒有制度可言，你也找不到規定要他教你) 資深員工放你自生自滅真的是再正常不過了但是我只能說，當這個世界是變態的時候，你不一定要跟著這個世界走回歸正題但是千萬也不要因此對大公司或者外商抱持太多幻想就在那邊怨天尤人這種事情很case by case的你就算到了大公司也有被放牛吃草的可能性 (對不起我中文不夠好一時沒辦法想到很貼切的詞彙不然我也是很討厭中英混雜的) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.17.129
