週五主計處即將公佈最新全年GDP預估值，不過從7月出口比預期差、企業投資轉為衰退的情況來看，全年GDP從2.4%再度調降的機率相當高，政府為了彌補財政赤字，傳出明年打算賣股變現500億，立法院則是提案降稅提振景氣，不過看在專家眼裡，都只是打破悶經濟的下下策。
