美元走強，台幣早盤小升3.6分

美國7月零售銷售數據表現佳，14日國際美元繼續走揚，亞洲貨幣兌美元走軟，台幣對美元早盤狹幅震盪，若不計央行上日干預的影響，早盤實質匯價偏貶，中午則以小升3.6分至29.966元暫收。

美國7月零售銷售數據創下7個月來最大增幅，加上美國聯準會官員喊話可能在9月縮減購債規模，帶動今日國際美元繼續上揚，日圓與其他亞洲貨幣兌美元走軟，韓元兌美元早盤來到約二週低點。

亞洲貨幣走軟，台股早盤也震盪小跌，台幣對美元早盤雖小幅升值，但若不計央行上日干預的影響，早盤實質匯價為弱勢整理，守在29.950-30.00元作小區間整理，市場交投清淡且欠缺明確方向，中午暫以小升3.6分至29.966元作收。

根據台北外匯經紀公司報價，14日早盤台幣兌美元升值3.6分，暫收在29.966元，區間在29.960-30.060元，成交3.23億美元。
