因家父生前有大量的負債，所以在死後第一個月內所有相關的繼承人就已經辦理拋棄繼承了，照理說應該不需要再去考慮家父生前的相關債務問題才是，但前幾天國稅局的來信，內容為家父100年的所得稅未申報，若在限期內未繳清則需再罰款2~3倍的金額，接到信件的當下一頭霧水，去電致承辦人員詢問後對方回答：

『先生，所得稅不是債務喔!所以您仍要負擔此筆所得的費用喔!若未繳納，會有強制執行履行的一些動作喔!還有你要去列遺產清冊，國稅會針對你父親名下的遺產或清冊內不會顯現的銀行戶頭有動作的!!』

不是債務!????遺產清冊內有動作!!????

聽到當下我真的是一頭霧水，都拋棄了怎還會有遺產問題??????

想要問問懂這方面的各位，這所得稅我真的得繳嗎???還是這承辦真的是搞不清楚亂發文來要錢!!?????因為跟她爭論了半天他仍是這樣回答我就不在繼續下去了，偏偏問了其他國稅相關部門最後還是轉到他那(嘆氣)
