涉A鑽石 葉兩傳賴郁芬聲押

（中央社記者劉世怡台北15日電）知名廣告人葉兩傳被控為辦展，向比利時外商公司借市價上億鑽石後，侵占不還。北檢漏夜複訊後，今晨聲押葉兩傳及葉同居人。

台北地方法院收案後，在上午10時30分召開聲押庭。

葉兩傳是知名廣告人，曾打造「開喜烏龍茶」廣告，創作「開喜婆婆」角色；同時也是生意人，自創「老子曰」茶飲料，並拿下法國百年麵包店保羅（PAUL）的台灣總代理權。

全案起因比利時外商公司指控，去年7月到12月出借鑽石給葉兩傳與同居女友賴郁芬辦展覽，但事後卻有市價上億元的20多顆鑽石未歸還，外商公司認為葉及賴涉嫌侵占而提告。

台北地檢署昨天指揮刑事警察局國際科，搜索葉兩傳辦公室、住處等5處，帶回6人到刑事局偵訊。

刑事局昨天晚間至今天清晨陸續將葉兩傳及賴郁芬等人移送北檢，檢察官漏夜複訊後，認定葉兩傳有滅證、串供及逃亡之虞，在今天清晨4時許，向台北地院聲請羈押禁見。同案被告賴郁芬，也有滅證、串供之虞，一併聲請羈押禁見。1020815
