我是做卡麥拉隆鼻的，手術後一兩個星期即可消腫，約一個月後便能定型自然。手術後的前三天可一小時冰敷一次，一次十到十五分鐘，手術後第四天可開始熱敷。冰敷的作用在於讓血管收縮避免過度腫脹。手術後第四天開始熱敷，可促進血液循環加速散瘀。現在非常得自然，而且整個臉非常有立體感。
