「30元看電視31天」台電遭疑鼓勵用電

民眾收到台電帳單，上面卻有廣告宣傳，寫著一杯咖啡30元，換算成家用電費，可以看電視31天，洗衣服27次，民眾看到廣告，直覺電價便宜不省電，也質疑這是台電，在10月份電費漲價前的宣傳手法，另外台電的公式計算，也令民眾覺得誇大不實。

打開電視來看，到底要多少錢？民眾收到的台電帳單，上面寫一杯咖啡30元的錢，可以看電視31天，洗衣服27次，開電燈25天，吹冷氣12小時，用冰箱11天，民眾直覺用電好便宜，不用省電。民眾：「騙人的，要叫你多用電，多繳錢的啦。」

這是台電依照2012年台灣住宅用電平均電價換算，台電官網上，沒講電力多難取得、多寶貴或多吃緊，只強調電價便宜，直接鼓勵節約用電，問題是，既然這麼便宜，怎會讓民眾警覺要節約用電？

台電換算的方式更引發質疑，專業電器維修人員，計算42吋的液晶電視，每天看3小時，算出來31天，電費竟然要104元，跟台電計算差了3倍。電器維修人員：「可能是超世紀的電器用品才會那麼省，電器它耗電的瓦數不一樣，計算出來可能會有不同的結果。」

台電收費單廣告直接進入每個家庭，對於10月份電費漲價隻字不提，民眾質疑漲價之前，刻意講電價便宜根本讓人錯覺以為是鼓勵多用電。
