菲國災後 60萬人仍難返家園

（法新社馬尼拉23日電）菲律賓官員說，連日豪雨造成20人喪生後，估計今天還有60萬人留在避難所或繼續借住親友家。

民防官員說，首都馬尼拉大水退去後，發臭的積水與沿岸大潮使得呂宋島中部平原到北部的居民還得繼續受苦。

官員說：「無法返回家園或回到工作崗位的主要是農夫與漁民。我們繼續供應他們生活所需。」

國家減災風險管理委員會（National DisasterRisk Reduction and Management Council）說，今天還有20萬人留在政府避難所，另外40萬人借住親友家，他們都有政府食物配給，並獲其他緊急援助。

菲律賓每年遭到20個左右的大風暴或颱風襲擊，通常發生在下半年，有許多都造成人員喪生。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
