做筆錄時提告方不對是否可以反告誣告

這是一件很久前的事情
有次家中拿到信件
信上說我違反著作權 要我到警察局做筆錄
所以也去做了筆錄

當時警察說是我侵犯了兩家著作權 所以做了兩份筆錄
一家是真的拖了好常時間到了偵察庭 對方撤告 所以沒事了

另一家在剛時做完筆錄我才發現我並沒有犯到他家著作權
(因該說我犯到的是B 不是A 但是警察卻說是犯到A)
但是卻也做了筆錄
所以也遲遲沒等到偵察庭

事情已經過很久了 但是我不是很懂法律 所以想請問
1.只有做筆錄 我當時是否可以告對方誣告
2.還是如果是警察為業績抓我去做筆錄 做錯 我可以告什麼?
3.誣告的刑責有哪些?
