想請問板上大大失業補助金資格一問若是在A公司工作3年後來轉去C公司工作但近期因C公司營運問題工作未滿一年被公司裁員１。這是是否可申請失業補助金？ (是3年內有1年勞保保險"年資"，有限定一定要在同一間公司?) ２。最高可申請額度(%)是？請問各位板上大大了感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.10.82

推 waylong:在C公司被裁只會看C公司的年資未滿一年似乎沒得申請 08/24 13:49

→ Taiwanbiru:可以投保時間累積滿1年即可只要最後是非自願離職 08/24 14:04

→ Taiwanbiru:記得拿非自願離職單最高申請額度 = 最後投保薪資*60% 08/24 14:05

→ Taiwanbiru:如果有撫養眷屬1個可以多10% 請領6~9個月 08/24 14:06
