你好 我想詢問
關於直銷推銷之類的問題
當初我加入鴻森
要申辦兩隻電話
可是資料都給他 名字也自己簽了

後來他們公司人員打電話詢問
你是否真的要辦理這兩隻手機
我當時因為跟朋友有些糾紛
所以當下就跟他否決
但是在一個月後 我卻收到帳單

請問這方面的法律要怎麼處理!?
請法律達人幫忙一下....
尤其是賠償委約金的問題 是要他們負責還是?

因為電話中他們有說 有電話錄音
