印度性侵案 受害家屬抗議太輕

印度一名青少年因為涉嫌去年12月「新德里」一名女大學生輪姦案暴行，被判處三年感化，受害人家屬抗議判刑太輕，誓言要上訴。

這名17歲的少年犯被控強姦、謀殺及搶劫，印度青少年法庭宣判這名青少年三年感化，這是青少年犯可能被判的最高刑期；依法，青少年犯的姓名不得公布。

去年底，印度一名醫學院女大學生在公車上遭人輪姦，丟出車外，最後傷重不治死亡。這件案子在印度引起軒然大波，舉國抗議。

另外涉嫌的還有五名成年犯，其中主嫌巴士司機今天三月在監獄中上吊身亡，預計

未來兩星期內，法庭將對另外四名嫌犯宣判，他們都可能被判處死刑。
