大陸房企再融資審核細則最快9月底制定完成

上證報報導，大陸證監會有關房地產企業再融資的審核細則最快將在兩三周內制訂完成。大陸房企再融資熱情高，據統計，截至目前，共有超過16家房企披露定向增發預案，融資大多用於房地產項目開發。另有數家房企涉及資產注入和債券發行。總募集資金超過530億元(人民幣,下同)。

其中，五家房企的定向增發預案被股東大會審議通過，分別是三湘股份擬融資12億元；新湖中寶擬融資55億元；宋都股份擬融資15億元；金科股份擬融資43.24億；北京城建擬融資39億元。

另外，發行公司債預案已獲股東大會通過的房企有臥龍地產、長春經開，以及信達地產等。嘉凱城、渝開發、新城B股、中華企業等發行公司債方案尚處董事會預案階段，未經股東大會通過。
