《陸企》Smithfield股東反彈價值委屈 雙匯收購遇阻

雙匯國際收購全球最大豬肉生產商史密斯菲爾德(Smithfield Foods)的計劃再遇阻力。總部設在美國的投資公司Starboard擁有史密斯菲爾德5.7%的股權，其稱將於9月24日的股東會上反對與大陸雙匯國際的併購案。

Starboard表示，大陸雙匯國際每股34美元的出價，對史密斯菲爾德公司的價值「嚴重低估」。Starboard稱，已經收到其他有意者收購史密斯菲爾德公司的出價，比目前雙匯的收購金額還要高。

另外，Starboard認為，若將史密斯菲爾德公司的資產分拆出售，能賣出更高的價錢。Starboard稱，已聘請Moelis & Co.和BDA Advisors Inc.擔任其顧問，以尋找有興趣的收購公司來聯合提出收購計劃。
