陸地王頻出，新鴻基218億RMB拿下上海新總價地王

大陸近期地王頻出，繼昨日北京出現單價地王之後，今(5)日新鴻基地產(0016.HK)以217.7億元(人民幣,下同)拿下徐家匯中心項目、成為上海總價地王，價格僅次於廣州亞運城地塊。

新浪財經報導，徐家匯中心項目底價175.26億元，面積9萬9,188.80平米，主要用途為商辦、餐飲。今日開標經過半小時激烈競標之後，最終由新鴻基以217.7億元拿下，高出起標價42億元，溢價率約24.2%。

今日下午，大陸還有機會再出新地王，杭州熱門地塊華家池、蘇州金雞湖地塊亦即將出讓；有網友調侃大陸進入了「地王日」。

昨日下午，融創以21億元的總價，奪得北京農展館地塊，折合樓面價7萬3,099元/平米，拿下北京的新單價地王。
