男友購買贈與我使用，無書面契約，只有口頭上說過。
雖有贈與契約，但未移轉登記於您名下，要成立難度相對高
前男友會說，是借您使用，行照上還是我的名字
當然是我的。
所以車子還是他的，他有權利要回去，除非您有出購買車子的錢
否則他才是這機車的所有權人
行照登記男方名下【行照跟機車強制險證都是，已過期】目前感情生變，由於經濟問題暫無其它可代步工具，加上小三阻絕任何聯絡管道，請問：如果小三知情提告【短期內可能成為對方太太】：我是否必須返還？若是提告，是否能成立？謝謝。
您還是必須還他，畢竟是他出錢購買的，他一旦提告還他機率很高
不還他，或許還會有侵占之責
