大家來破案! 停電下毒者.

一天下午，甲收到乙和丙的邀請，於是甲順口答應這份邀約去酒吧喝啤酒。
在大家喝的正開心時，突然停了電!而停電這件事3天前就貼出了公告~於是侍者拿出了蠟燭點亮店裡~這時大家又開心的喝起啤酒來~過了幾分鐘後...甲開始覺得全身不舒服，沒多久就沒呼吸了。警方趕緊過來調查!發現甲喝的啤酒內，有液體的裂性毒藥!!!接著，他問店裡的這位侍者:店裡當時有幾個人?侍者回說:不多，只有他們3個人~ 接著，警方檢查乙和丙身上帶有的物品!
知道乙身上有:手錶.香菸.800元美金.感冒膠囊丸，而丙身上有:手錶.記事本.鋼筆.600元美金 ~警方調查完後，立即指出兇手!!!
請問兇手是誰?而兇手又是用什麼方法將藥投入啤酒內呢?
