請問nike的roshe run適合跑步嗎?會容易壞掉嗎?

最近想要運動減減囤積兩個月的腰間五花肉

但鞋子噴光了

所以我就花了我僅存的2000元買了一雙nike 的 roshe run回家

買回家才發現 他薄的可憐 但跑步非常舒服 就像我的腳裸體一樣

很好跑但又覺得它薄得好像隨時都會噴掉

因為整雙鞋都非常的薄 鞋底接合的地方 感覺黏得很隨便

請問他適合跑步嗎? 會不會容易跑壞掉?
