請問工會與公會有什麼差別?(急)

一、工會，或稱勞工總會、工人聯合會。工會原意是指基於共同利益而自發組織的社會團體。這個共同利益團體諸如為同一僱主工作的員工，在某一產業領域的個人。工會組織成立的主要意圖，可以與僱主集體談判工資薪水、工作時限和工作條件等等。


二、公會，又稱同業公會，分手工業行會、商業行會兩種。手工業者或商人在商品經濟相當發展的條件下，為限制競爭、規定生產或業務範圍、解決業主困難和保護同行利益，由同業或相關行業聯合組成。
