　記者林雪娟／台南報導　「安平夜跑、安平 ya跑團」成立兩個月，吸引數百人每週兩次一起來運動，許多夜跑團以專業參加馬拉松賽者為主，安平夜團團則強調全民運動，成為熱愛夜跑者的盛會。　安平夜跑發起人蘇怡豪因忙於工作和應酬，身體狀況一度不佳，在同學黃茂森陪同下，兩人一起運動，希望推廣運動的好處，七月籌組「安平夜跑、安平 ya跑團」，每週二、五晚間八至十時於億載金城門口集合，一起跑步運動。　夜跑團從開始一、二十人，到目前每週都吸引兩、三百人參與，上週五舉辦兒童夜，大小朋友共聚集約五百人，陣容浩大。蘇怡豪說，他沒有想到有這麼多人參與，甚至有人遠從嘉義、佳里、鳳山前來，有的人是一個人跑步太無聊，有的則是希望交到運動好朋友，也有人是湊熱鬧，但無論如何，只要願意舉起腳來運動，即使只是休閒散步、快走，他們都相當歡迎。　夜跑團在晚間七時四十分時集合，接著做操，然後由熱心的馬拉松跑者引領，如台南市馬拉松紀錄保持者陳俊彥相當支持，每週都前來擔任領跑員，由於人數愈來愈多，夜跑團又區分五分（一公里五分鐘）、六分、七分團等，若是新生可以參加初跑團。　 2013/09/09 18:01 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20130910/news/nsxw/733600002013090918012872.htm -- 一部春秋史千年孤臣淚成敗難長久興亡在轉瞬間總在茶餘後供於後人說 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.238.134
