我是一位大學學生~因為中秋節想回家過
我在網路上已經事先購票並去7-11繳完費用了﹝莒光號﹞
但系上臨時調課了~使我無法搭到原來的火車班次
請問，如果火車要退票時是要在火車站跟服務人員說明嗎？
那麼，如果我想改成晚一點的自強號是要付全額嗎，還是只要在加一些就可以了？
