有三件事情請教：一、請問一下，剛買的新成屋，若要裝潢，再找室內裝潢師時該注意那些事情呀？二、關於裝潢，價錢上是怎麼算的，除了用的材料愈好愈貴之外，一般來說是以坪數來計算，還是依總價？三、有沒有推薦的室內裝潢師，最好是有較多照片為例，可以看出對方的作品（我不要Yahoo拍賣網上的喔＠＠），希望是自己或朋友的體驗的？
