女友滿16 逃家 但未發生性關係 有被告的可能性嗎?

如題

我21歲 大四學生
我的女朋友已滿16.單親家庭 與母親同住
交往時間約為2個月

她與她母親的關係極差.幾乎視為仇人.

在一次出去玩 當時時間超過門禁 她表示 "她媽曾經說過 超過時間就算到家門口也不讓他進家門 以至她不想回家"
我帶她回到我家借宿1天 之後要送她回去 她不願意

一直拖到第6天 真的覺得太久了 強迫把她帶回去
並在她媽要求之下 留下了 我的姓名 電話 住址 與查看我的身分證 (並在未告知我的情況下 寫下了我父親的姓名)

之後 她媽突然要求我的家長去找她訂婚.
而我家人並不同意現在訂婚/結婚(因交往時間過短)

請問一下 在這種情況之下 我/我的父親有可能會被告嗎?
