本人的公司名稱被經濟部智慧財產局審查：和別的商標有混淆之虞

我要提起異議相關證據的話我找到很多其他公司都是公司名稱和別家極為相似的

卻繼續存在沒有被智慧調查局審查

那異議書我該怎麼寫比較好目前第一次遇到完全沒有經驗

麻煩專精這方面的大大幫忙一下謝謝
